Their specificities are the heavy loads driving meaning <strong>high torques and high powers<\/strong> (Up to 10mW and 115 000Nm). Meanwhile they permit <strong>high speeds<\/strong> driving (Up to 30 0000 rpm).<br \/>\nTheir design allows a speed shifting on the same HS shaft.<br \/>\nThese speeds shifting can be manual or remote controlled operated by an electric jack.<br \/>\n<strong>Auxiliary drives<\/strong> are integrated to permit the step by step turbine rotation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>High speed bearings used as an interface with a vacuum enclosure:<\/h4>\n<div id=\"attachment_2244\" style=\"width: 170px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a class=\"fancybox-bcsa\" title=\"HSB machines on test.\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/P9190300.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"bancs noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2244\" class=\" wp-image-2244\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/GIMP2-4913.4-jpg.jpg\" alt=\"HSB machines on test\" width=\"160\" height=\"120\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2244\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">HSB machines on test<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Because of the high speed air friction, vacuum installation are commonly used for testing purposes. We design bearings able to ensure the <strong>sealing with the vacuum are<\/strong>a while transmitting the required torque<strong> at high speed<\/strong>. We also integrate constraints such as axial and radial load created by the application or the axial play facilitating the installation.<\/p>\n<p><!-- For friction constraints we receive requests for vacuum installations. We design machines able to work in those conditions and in particular high speed bearings which can provide by their innovating design, a static and dynamic sealing. These bearings allows also an easier set up and a misalignment tolerance thanks to a coupling with an axial play. --><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Flywheels with integrated torquemeters:<\/h4>\n<p>As a part of breaking system tests we designed machines with flywheels. Those reducers allow the choice among one or <strong>several inertia on the same shaft<\/strong>. Moreover as other projects, we planned the <strong>torquemeter integration<\/strong>.
